A RARE SWISS MODEL 1914 SAW-BACKED SWORD BAYONET FOR THE SCHMIDT RUBIN M1911 CARBINE, circa 1916, with 18 1/2in. steel blade edged to one side with saw-back to the other, single fuller on one side, ricasso marked 'WAFFENFABRIK / NEUHAUSEN' and Swiss cross in a circle, nickel steel hilt and cross-guard, wooden grips, together with its black leather scabbard with nickel steel fittings, some scabbing of the nickel on the pommel, service wear, 24 1/2 in. overall
